Just doing a little vocabulary work (other hobby) and discovered that the Welsh word for raven is literally “meat crow.” Cigfran.

Pasadena-based artist Stephen Berkman incorporated a raven image into his fascinating set of ambrotypes. His Chamber Pieces exhibition, exploring the potentialities of the camera obscura, is currently at the Laband Art Gallery on the campus of Loyola Marymount University. If you visit the area, keep an eye out for the Del Ravens, who live on and near the Ballona Wetlands.
